Free Delivery; applies to all orders over £150 in value using parcel couriers and £500 for palletised freight. Free delivery applies to most counties within the UK mainland and is based upon a next day service.

The following charges apply to areas not covered by our free delivery.

London, Devon, Cornwall, Kent and Wales - £20 (bistro sets and benches excluded)

Southern Scottish counties £35 (bistro sets and benches excluded)

Northern Scottish counties £50 (bistro sets and benches excluded)

Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. Please call 01606 883407 for a quote.

We are currently unable to deliver to countries within the European Union.

We are unable to confirm a specific delivery time. You should arrange for someone to be available throughout the day or, alternatively, authorise us to leave the goods without signature if appropriate. Furthermore, once your order has been collected by whichever delivery company we use, we have no control over the timing of your delivery. We use reputable and efficient delivery companies but, occasionally, delays occur. We cannot be held liable for deliveries that arrive earlier or later than scheduled.

How will my goods be delivered?

We have 3 different delivery methods. Small items, for example, Bistro sets, are sent by a parcel courier on a 24hr service. Medium to large items will be sent to you on a pallet on a next day service. Delivery drivers will offload the pallet and put it at the entrance to your property. It will then be your responsibility to unpack and to place the furniture in its final location. If you have any restrictions in terms of access, please advise us of these at the time of ordering. Dependent upon your location we may use our own driver and vehicle to deliver your order. In cases where we deliver ourselves, 8 and 10 seater tables will be assembled for you. We shall contact you to arrange a mutually convenient delivery time but please be aware that we cannot guarantee delivery times when using third party couriers. Palletised deliveries can be left without signature provided there is a safe place to leave the goods and that you authorise for the goods to be delivered unsigned. Saturday morning deliveries are possible but these will incur extra charges. Please contact us for a quote.
