Warranty Coverage

• Cast Aluminium Products: Guaranteed for 10 years

• Steel Products: Guaranteed for 2 years

Products Not Covered by Guarantee

The following products are not sold with a guarantee:

• Cushions

• Parasols

• Parasol Bases

• Furniture Covers and Storage Bags

• Lazy Susans

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Exclusions to Guaranteed Products

Please note that the warranty does not cover the following:

1. Permanent locations within 5 km of the coastline of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, including the Isle of Man and the Isle of Wight.

2. Commercial use.

3. Transfer of ownership to a third party.

4. Colour fading.

5. Damage to the coating caused by bird droppings or tree sap.

6. Mishandling or misuse.

7. Damage during assembly.

8. Damage during transportation by the customer.

9. Locations outside of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
