Important delivery information. Please read carefully.

We have 4 delivery methods.

1. Parcel courier. Small and flat packed items including benches and some bistro sets will be delivered by parcel courier on a next day service. We currently use APC overnight. You will receive tracking information by email and text message once your order is in transit. The courier will leave your order without signature if you are not at home to receive the goods. Special requests such as 'Please leave in the shed' will be forwarded to the courier but not guaranteed.

2. Palletised freight. Medium to large items including patio sets and lounge sets will be delivered strapped on a pallet. We currently use Palletline.  Orders can be left without you being at home provided it is safe to do so and we have your authority.

IMPORTANT - The pallet will be offloaded and placed at the front of your property. It is then your responsibility to unpack the goods and carry them to their final destination. Delivery drivers will not unpack the pallet for you, nor will they carry items to the back of the house.  Furthermore, if you have a gravel or stone driveway, the driver will not be able to use the pallet truck and the goods will have to be left curb side. In this case, you will need to be available to unpack the pallet as soon as it arrives.

Please advise us in advance of any access restrictions. If the driver is unable to reach your property he will have to return to the local depot and attempt a re-delivery using a smaller vehicle the following day. You will be liable for the re-delivery charge.

Access restrictions include; Narrow lanes, unmade roads, tight turning areas, low branches, low bridges. Please bear in mind the vehicle used could be as large as an 18 tonne articulated lorry.

3. In house deliveries.  Dependant upon your location, we may deliver your order using our own vehicles and drivers. In this case, we will be happy to carry your order to where it is required. In house deliveries can take a few days longer as we need to wait until we have a few orders in your area.

4. Bespoke 2 man delivery service. This includes carrying the items to their final destination. It is particularly useful if you are on your own or have difficulty lifting or moving items. Delivery times can take a few days before a vehicle is in your area. There is an additional charge for this. Please contact us for a quote.
